I was going through the sewers with some pally friends and watched them take out this scary woman. I wasn't KOS to west fp yet and didn't want to have to deal with the faction hit, so I asked during the fight and they said there was NO faction hit. It's true. Not even with corrupt guards, I don't think.
grrr I just wish I didn't have to run past her every time I go to north fp after I get my soulfire. it's hard enough, about to become KOS. why bother taking the sewers when she'll kos? grr.

| Freeport is the gateway into Antonica, acting as a hub of sorts for the continent. The western part of Freeport is home to the Knights of Truth, Ashen Order, City Hall, Freeport Bank, and Academy of Arcane Scientists.
At the western edge of the city is the courtyard leading into the Commonlands. This zone is full of low level rats, orcs, skeletons, and bats which provide excellent hunting experience for people just starting out. Also of note here in West Freeport is the portal to the Plane of Magic, located on the top floor of the Academy's tower. |

dont worry about her, by the time you are high enough lvl to really complete the SOulfire quest, she will be an east kill

Shammies are definately the best class to be friends with and are arguably the best class in the game. not only that but they should be the ONLY ones that can PL melee(because chanters are best for PLing casters) because (no offense druids) they have better buffs than any other class in the game. I have a shammy friend and there is a dex+str+hp buff called harnessing of spirit that DOES stack with the other dex and str buffs... pretty kick ***** If you dont have a high level shammy friend make one and then get them to PL your new charachter. Got my beastie from 0 to 15 in one hour..... Cya all and have fun

Harnessing of Spirit does NOT stack with other shammy Dex or Str buffs, trust me I duo with a 53 shammy almost all the time (her toon and mine are married). Infusion of spirit on the other hand does stack with them and Talisman of Altuna. quite possibly this was changed sometime in the year and a half since you posted, but it is fact. And yes, I agree, SHammy buffs are the best in the game for Melee classes especially when you take into account that ALL my Pally buffs stack with all of her Shammy buffs.

who drops the damaged militial helm??
Any guard you kill in East or West Freeport has a chance of dropping a Damaged Militia Helm. I'm not positive, but I believe the Militia guards in East and West Commonlands can drop them too.

The Guards name is Guard Fikus and he stands in front of the Militia House. He is not there all the time, but 3 out of 10 times he is there.

He cons green to a 15 I believe his name is gaurd alayle or something. I was just going to EC and see a gaurd beating on something so i walk up and its an iksar. So I think, Its an iksar that hunts gaurds to level. Nope he has no last name. con the iksar, HES BLUE! So i con the gaurd and ITS GREEN. There was a Gm in the area so i think the GM might have been having some fun

Best way to gain faction in FP is to kill one of the sets of guards. Here it is:
TO be KOS in commons, WFP and EFP kill:
Commons guards, thats the toll booth lads at 35,
Reskin and Tulin at 25 in east commons and all the guards in EFP and WFP, (at about 40).
to be KOS in NFP and not in the others kill:
the guards in NFP, if you go near the bank you can often find guards on their own which are about 30, look around for higher ones, anyone with a sir title is a hard **** (and can often see invis so watch out)
There are numerous quests also but killing guards is soooo much more fun

It's specifically for Sullon Zek I believe. They have placed various deity missionaries in different towns/locations. You give him 5p I think and he gives you a bracer w/ some stats (don't recall exact). I'm a Quellious luvin bard on SZ looking for the missionary in West Freeport. I was told it's in the Ashen monk guild. Anyone know if this is true so I can book on over there?

This new necro chick in the tunnels easily beat the crap out of my paladin while I was creating hotkeys for some commands. It seems that she has 'Kithicor Syndrome' and only spawns during the night, disappearing when the sun comes up. At around 10 AM, you should be safe to go through.

shes has beaten the living **** outta me as a 14 dru. but lately shes been pulled to the gate a lot. about 3 times in the past week. are people pulling her or is there a bug thats making her pop there? i dont know but it sux for me to always die but quite funny to watch all the newbies fall left and right hehe im a newb to so its all good.

She is Driana Poxbourne, and is part of a quest - the continuation of the Cold Iron quest. Stage one was for Erud SK only legs - not yet sure what the reward is for this stage.

Yes, there is a new DE necro in the newbie zone of WFP. The gaurds won't help you and she is KOS(and bright red) to a lvl 17 Quellios Monk, I know that. Unfortunately I am bound in WFP and she killed me thrice last night as I had the misfortune to spawn too close to her after she killed me the last time. Couldn't Feign her off either. Was told she conned yellow to a lvl 24 but after hearing some of the stories I believe she is a severe under-con. Her pet was bright red to me as well and she had a nasty spell that hit me for about 141 several times in a row. She also cast some sort of spell that took control of my body and made me run around like a fool until her pet killed me. She aggroed on me when I was killing snakes for their eggs and scales to practice brewing.

There is a DE Necro named Driana something inhabiting the West Freeport to North Freeport sewer. She is near the zone to NF in an alcove. Cons red to my 19 Enchanter and I watched her and her pet demolish a 39 Cleric who was eager to take her on; I suspect she may be an undercon.

I killed her with my 55 druid, but nearly died with my 35 monk, her pet is skellie who is a little weaker, She has AROUND, im not quite sure as i blasted her a few times, but it was like 1000 hp
I killed her with my level 30 paladin for revenge from when she killed me at 25 :) Really not too hard as long as you interrupt her casting most of the time.
