I wanted to know what mobs in this zone are considereed plants? I have a Tarmok Battlestaff ( 33/44 +4 plant bane damage ) and still melee some at level 58 with my ogre shaman ( non stun is great ). With my slow spell being 73% and my haste is 72% ( celerity and SCHW ) I think I could do so good damage vs plants. But where do I find plant life that is soloable at level 58 or that still gives good XP? Please post and thx in advance.

can the mobs here see through regular camo?
I don't believe so. I have taken a lowish level ranger through here (to get to Twilight Sea) and (except one time when camo failed) had no problem.
Needless to say you'd normally use camo for the 'return' journey because you can't cast regular camo in Fungus, Echo Cav or Shadowhaven.

I hear good things about this place, I am currently a 47 chanter, in Velks, thinking of either grouping here or Seb. Been to seb a bit, in uzo, great xp, but I dunno if this may be better with a group (or solo with charm). Please tell me any info you got ^_^
P.S. I'm on the Innoruuk server if that matters to the population of the zone (PC wise)

What level to group here, at bandits or whatever ?

About half of the mushrooms are immune to slow, the others are affected. I haven't found any way to tell which is which ahead of time, unfortunately.
Don't you think it's strange that there are mobs called "Shik'nar Royal Guard" that are in a seperate room behind the Warlord (there are also mobs called "Shik'nar Royal Advisors" (or something very similar to that)) but there is no actual King or Queen mob?

I want to do the Protection of cabbage.... and I must give Rebecca Cabbageleaf the items I buy for the spell.... Where is she located in zone (and which entry point into zone is she closest to)

So do I. I believe that once you zone into FG from echo caverns, you can safely get to the town and find Rebecca. I am a 53 druid, and would like confirmation that traveling thru echo caverns would be safe with 100 MR and superior cameo. BTW, what is loc of secret entrance into echo caverns from Shadow Haven?

For those of you without Egress - Enter door next to soulbinder in SH (around pool), after entering the door head straight to wall (only a few feet) take a sharp left (90 deg) and run through wall, then through next wall, can't miss it.

Supposebly level 60 spells drop here from all this stuff on Alah. saying Fungus Grove...just one question...what actually drops the level 60 spells, if any.
I know the Domesticated Underbulks will drop spells, kill off the Domesticated Beetles to get them to spawn. I cannot comment on the level of the spells dropping as I have never seen any Shaman spells drop. Foliage Shield dropped about 3 times last night though.
Its my understanding that they're social, so will assist unless you're of sufficient level to single pull.
They are not on the same faction as Tarmoks, so the ape dudes don't care if you slaughter their pet beetles.

I have heard that this is one of the best, if not the best, zone in the game for level 60 solo xp. For solo as a shadowknight, can someone tell me the best levels to try it in this zone? I dont personally want to have to dodge a lot of mobs in order to find a few lower level ones that i can kill so any and all information is helpful.

Trickster augmentation and Beguiling visage dropped from the underbulks past the SHadel bandit camp. Easy mez / Easy fights but a ton of HP...Keep your eyes open if you are Kos to Shadel bandits and don't walk near a lotus...those like to hug.

One of the Shik'nar Foragers dropped the Beguiling Visage tonight. We got 3 spell drops (all different) in about 2-3 hours.

Sorry to say but these levels are wrong. I had a 46 rangers trak and con mobs for me. Useing dire charm level 46 is max for charming, and only mobs under 46 and up tp 46 were the underbulks, Tarmocks, chata fungal fiend<from the caller quest i dired one thwe lilones>, and rolkitin topgog. so all shrooms, bandits mutants and fungals , lotus ,shiknars are all above 46
Im reading here about how this is/was the best zone, and im getting mixed emotions. Im wondering, HAS this zone been nerfed? if so, how bad? I am 52 now and i am really really bored of KC(you all know what im talking about) and would like to try the moon. Is it still worth hunting here, and would i be able to find a group at 52?

i fight there iwth my 51 monk and wifes 49 druid. everytime we go there we are only ones in zone, baring any random guild who stops in, which is rare. so grp at least on 7th hammer is a no:)
I am on 7th hammer, and I stop in here quite often, and there are ALWAYS people in here, anywhere from pick up groups to Dark Exile partners in here. This zone is never empty on 7th. But the mobs are definately undercon for their lvls, the goranga looking things in their camps are hard to pull single and hit me hard at 47, for around 110 doubling, plus there were 3 on me, so needless to say I died rather quickly. Fun zone though, I have heard people love it as "I feel like a newbie again", referring to the exp they got. =P

That spell also drops off the 4-arms in Maiden's Eye
got that spell about 5 times in 6 hours of killing the beetles near town in the tarmok village

Not sure what drops it because I receieved this from a guild mate. BUT... Don't go to nuts. It's not really that amazing a spell. My pet doesn't get hit that often. ;)

Does anyone know how to improve faction with Tarmoks? I killed a few of those and now cannot do the Caller quests (Caller cons threatening and tried to kill me - major undercon btw).

I would really like to know how to raise my tarmok faction. At the moment I am doubious, but one more kill,and its KOS for me, so any information would help a lot thanks.
Does Druid's level 29 Charm Plant spell work? It's sick how Verant gave us that spell, but hardly any plants (I know, I know, Emerald Jungle..name 2 other places) to charm...is ANYTHING here charmable, and/or does fungus count as a plant as well? I'd have more reason to get the stupid spell (underleveled for difficulty in getting it..you try running to middle of BW, AND finding ppl fighting giants at the fort so you can get tump...at level 29...nuff said)

I believe these count as plants. The problem comes in at the spell level cap. It charms only up to 35th level plants.
