Actually, I think this is the Shissar temple, which makes it one of the toughest, and probably most raided Luclin zones there will be.

Actually Vex Thal is Luclin's Tower, so the boss mob will probably be Luclin herself.

Luclin is the reason the Combine Empire was stuck on the moon, for she turned drove Grieg insane before he could figure out how transport the empire back to Norrath. Then she placed a curse of insanity on Grieg's End (his lab located a short distance from Sanctus Seru) so that his research couldnt be continued. I would think this zone will have similar effects that Grieg's End might have, with a few twists and tougher mobs.

This makes me think that it will be on the level of the planes, maybe a little tougher. Probably has some of the best loot of the expansion, too. Just my 2cp

Afterlife has no level 49 Druids.
In fact, they have only 4 active Druids: One is a twink, 3 are mains. All are 60th.

Lol you flame him about epics when you obviously do not know anything about it yourself, the NPC's needed for the epic quest, will EAT the items if you are not 50+. In the case the Druid probably was 50+ /w epic and delevelled,it is however not possible to get a epic pre-50's

Umm The Darkforest guy in BW gives you a worn note to start the druid epic. The first and last steps of the ranger require you to go to BW, the first step of the druid epic. Last step of druid epic is the spawned faydwer or whatever in Tim deep

There is no specific order to the things we have to kill for the druid epic, therefore the last step is technically turning the Cleansed Spirit of Antonica, Cleansed Spirit of Faydwer, Cleansed Spirit of Kunark, and Elaborate Scimitar into Xannuussus in North Karana. Faydedar is simply the hardest mob to kill, but is far from the hardest step. The corrupted seahorse in Kedge Keep is harder for most druids, as he cannot be planned, and is purely spur-of-the moment. Venril Sathir's Remains are a little easier to plan, but still relatively low prep time (1 day or so if you record the time of VS's death)
