This is the revamped version that released with Lost Dungeons of Norrath. However on progression servers, it releases with Gates of Discord.

Full of invisible walls, one-sided doors, twisting halls, and plenty of peculiar inhabitants, it is clear where the Plane of Mischief gets its name. Entrances are located at the southern end of the river in the Great Divide, and in the northern wing of the Temple of Veeshan.

Faction : Indifferent.
Type : Quest NPC

Quest :
You say, 'Hail, Jaxoa Hrussin'
Jaxoa Hrussin says 'Hail and well met traveller! I am here seeking to summon forth the Hidden Jester to my presence. To do so I will need the aide of a good traveller such as yourself. Will you help me?'
You say, 'i will help'
Jaxoa Hrussin says 'Very well this is what must be done. After much research in the Great Library of the Plane of Knowledge I stumbled upon ancient texts that related the story of the Hidden Jester to me. It seems that I must gather two white jester masks and two black jester masks and then perform a ceremony of summoning. I will need you to recover for me the masks required so I can commence the summoning. Be forewarned if the summoning is completed the Hidden Jester and his guardians will come forth and may attack. I will not be able to guarentee your safety.'

Mask dropped from one of the 14 white and black jester in room. There repop timer is 30 minutes.

List of Named and Drops
# Apr 07 2006 at 1:12 AM Rating: Good

For those, like me, that like to revisit old zones for nostalgia, revenge, and maybe even some fun, I have composed a list of all the named in the zone, their drops, a rough rating on the usefulness of the drop, and the classes that use them. The rating is a rough guide, so please don't complain that such-and-such should be two *'s and not one. Roughly speaking:
Zero *'s: Rubbish
*: Good stats, or Good effect
**: Decent stats, or Good stats AND Good effect
***: Decent stats AND Decent effect

Zero and * items are most likely not upgrades for those grouping these kills, whereas ** may be an upgrade, or at least a good item for a friend/alt to invis down to collect. *** items are still pretty darn useful, and are probably your incentive for visiting the zone.

For those seeking greater difficultly/reward, you could try the White King, the Mischievous Jester, The Hidden Jester, and the fun Bristlebane the King of Thieves. For everyone else, here is the list:

You don't need to gate out. One of the trees in that first forest is an exit. I never remember which so just stand at entrance and click on them all - 'til I get the "You cannot activate that from here", or whatever.

Then walk up to that tree and click-o.
RE: Exit from Zone
# Nov 06 2005 at 8:06 PM Rating: Decent
Here's how to find the exit tree.

From the zone-in platform, walk straight north. There will be two trees on the left side of your path which are almost in your way and are close to one another, one north of the other. The northern tree of this pair is the zone-out.

It's pretty much in the middle of the forest.

EXCEPT .. this does not zone you out in to Great Divide. This puts you in the ocean, in Cobalt Scar. Othmir on the beach, and Wyverns(Claws of Veeshan,) Sirens, big ugly bulwarks or bultharks. And you cannot go anywhere from Cobalt Scar, except to Skyshrine and Sirens Grotto.

I have seen three mobs not listed here in the past two days. The Myriad Djinni, and like Smoo the Short Tail and Groo the Long Wiskers or something like that. They second two were standing where the halflings are supposed to be next to the chessboard. Any ideas? I really just need the halflings back for my rogue 1.5.

Bandits - Changes
# Sep 14 2005 at 8:29 AM Rating: Decent
Have been kiting for a few weeks in that area where you zone in and yesterday found out all had changed there. Went with someone else and we tried the bandits.

Pulled three, tougher than the other mobs but okay and then pulled a bandit as before and he started nuking for unbelievable damage. The Stalkers who look like the Bandits will kill you instantly if not sooner.

Why did they do this, was having a good time getting some xp, enjoying the silly mobs and sometimes picking up a bit of loot.

Now, will be impossible for me to kite there. I may pick a couple of bandits who are just bandits but the next one could spell and nuke me with in seconds and I will be dead and no way of telling who is who.

Also, from these mobs we picked up two Monkey Eyes and a Monkey Pelt. I have looked and looked and can't find any quests. I have 9 spores for the Teasure Chest quest which apparently is now defunct. The NPC is gone, the mushrooms are gone.

There is a halfling there and I can't get her to talk to me and haven't a clue why she won't talk.

Am not happy at all about this, was enjoying being there.

I can't gate so have to use a potion to get out and even if I did get away from a nuker for a second, the gate potion does not react quickly so I am dead either way.

confirmed i just got a blue crown today off the white stallion. As far as i know it's the only mob that drops cards good luck. if it were a blue throne i'd be doing cartwheels now. Also had wow's drop off stallion 5kills/2 weeks or so(3 day repop) give or take. Rather gives new meaning to time sink:( Not sure if it's possible to get the pot of gold or the book to combine WoW's in now, but it is possible to get a deck I just kept mine so maybe I will be able to get my last two cards done after all.

Zone Out Tree
# Jan 25 2005 at 6:13 PM Rating: Decent
The tree you can click on to zone out to Cobalt Scar is at -1035, -357, almost due north of the zone in in the middle of the forest. Be advised that the zone out to Cobalt Scar deposits you at the bottom of the sea so have an EB device if you are a slow zoner lol.
Getting In and Out of PoM
# Jan 23 2005 at 3:56 AM Rating: Decent
You get in the zone through the miniature castle in the Great Divide, head due south of the pok book until you see the river to the right, follow the river to its end, and you will see the toy castle, click on the toy castle. Getting out is quite another matter. The easiest way is to get a porter and port out, if that fails there is a tree nearly straight out from the zone in that is a port to Cobalt Scar. You will just have to click around on trees and you will eventually find it.

There is an invisible bridge that will get you up to the castle wall, but I couldn't tell you how exactly to find it. Its to the right of the visible bridge and before the first arch thats on the wall I believe.

Never been to zone before. After zoning in, I was at the edge of a forest of trees with a wall around me. To the North was a castle of some sort with a moat around it and a ramp. The ramp was an illusion as we all fell into the water. Could not find any way out of the zone in area. Could some one let me know where to go. Thanks

Perhaps a new epic mob...dunno, but he spawns in the center of the garden near the Grand Gardener. He sees all forms of invis (go fig) and has LOS aggro. He ate thru us unsuspecting fools rather quickly. Hit 1300, and fast, rampaged. Bst went down so fast he didn't have time to try to get a slow off, so don't know if he's slowable. He's not to be trifled with I don't think.

EDIT: Some info I forgot to add...he's on the same model as the oculus from S Ro advs, only about 100x bigger (he's a big fella). And he cons red to 65. I'm just going to assume he's about 70 in level.

Just thought I'd ask again and more plainly:
Can anyone confirm if the cards for the flower-quests still drop in PoM and if so off of what mobs ? I've had the deck lying around for ages and I thought I'd finally go see if I could get me some cards but things are all mixed up since they vamped the zone. If anyone has gotten any cards with in the last 6 months I would really appreciate it if you could state aprox where in the zone and off what mob you got it. Thanks in advance :)

As silverbow mentions, you can now get the deck by giving a fishing grub to the gnome on the east side of the moat. As far as acquiring the necessary cards to do deck combines, available reports indicate that at this time, the only mob dropping cards is a white stallion, which spawns in the forest area.
