Seldom used? Mana pres? This is our big boom spell, but the focus is only 5% higher damage than a normal fire focus. So, yes it sucks for that reason only. Now if it was 70% hard increase in damage, that would be something...

Yup - a meager mana pres. on one seldom-used spell (assuming you even have the Rk. III version) .... if there's a Wizard advocate amongst the Dev team I suggest he be fired.
