Necromancers at lvl 75 can benefit on your Lifetap spells, but you also get Magic Based spell Focuses that are higher % and cheaper, (earring of the ageless), so leave this for the mages and wizards.
You want necklace of living bone in this neck slot, not the Elddar.

this looks like it's a 20% focus to nukes (aka improved damage 6).. but it's from a TSS raid mob? wtf

it's to instant nukes only. but wizzies only ones with instant nukes, and normal dd focus works on instant nukes. all wizards have better focus then this.. so yes, what is the point? unless it is 'over focus' and stacks with normal focus.
but my guess, is that it doesn't stack. and that this focus is for procs. FC has a similar focus on a ear item, that is for non-melle classes of all things. least this one is for melle too.

so maybe it's not for proc's? so if this isn't over focus, then it is useless. and why isn't it for wizards only?
