Confused on the effect for this, thought it would just be normal double attack helper... but 200% to minimum skill damage? So all skills do 2x damage? And if so does anyone know what skills this effects? ((since sneak attack doesn't do DD etc etc))

All skills is like the critical list, bur shorter, instead of this eleven:
1: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with 1H Blunt
2: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with 1H Slashing
3: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with 2H Blunt
4: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with 2H Slashing
5: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Backstab
6: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Bash
7: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Flying Kick
8: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Hand To Hand
9: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Kick
10: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with Piercing
11: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 240% with 2H Piercing
It's Increase "All Skills" in one effect slot, that points to all 11, sadly, it does not include "skillbuttons" from AAs, or clicky discipline hits, unless those hits are done with your weapon, or done based on hand to hand or another skill.
