"Cazic Touch" is a death touch, or DT. It does 100,000 damage, Unresistable(0) check.
Yes that's right, but that makes This spell very puzzling. Firstly that it's an 'improved spell effect' (what does it improve?), and that it has a duration. My best guess is that its a self proc buff that he casts on himself. Though even that fails to match the spell data here. Anyone have any better theories?

Yes shad is quite right. It's a DoT that has no effect and lasts 18 seconds. However once the 18 seconds are up, you are hit by the death touch. Therefore you must have this effect cured within the 18 seconds, or you die.
he AE's this during the fight... it is a curse that if not cured will DT the entire raid force...
