Blinding Memories  

I was hit by this spell 6 times and was not dispelled once while fighting her in-era on the Aradune server. It's possible the dispels make independent resist checks and I resisted them while the debuff was still applied. I've heard that dispels make a separate resist check on each buff slot, starting from the first, and it removes the first which fails the check. (Incidentally, this is why dispels sometimes seem to "skip" slots and eat the important buffs even when they're buried.)
