Mana Weave + Ether Flame = /g "What level are you?"
Doing 20k damage at level 70 is really nice. The negative proc is not bad at all. Its like having to do a couple non focused nukes while the buff lasts.

It's bad enough we're silk-wrapped cocktail weenies redolent of fried chicken, but dang if our spells aren't hard to get.
Camping ethereal and glowing parchments in non-flagged zones, and Buying/camping and muramite runes really are worthy options compared to the alternatives:
* Flag Progressions to get to planes to get the spectral parchments
(Plane of Storms seems to be only-non-flagged zone)
* Research 300+ after you get a smudged rune parchment
* Q-freakin'-VIC and above raid-worthy groups for Chaos rune and Taelosian stones
* Don Tiered Progression missions
* Dreadspire access and missions
Times like this I wish my main wasn't a wizard. I just don't know where to start. Guess I'll reaad all tehse quests again till they start making sense.

this will be a tough one to work in but may replace strike of solusek/ thundaka/ and gelidan comet. of course depending on its focus limits and the proc likeliness
this wizzy is SICK TO DEATH of seeing <-200> on necro spells and seeing <-50> based resists on the BEST wizard lures. either necros taps gotta be nerfed in duels or other casters need a defence.

Love this spell, procs about 1 outta 4 - 100% focus, procs slightly more often than our crit rates.. . Can easily get Ether flame over 20k with this, without any outside help. My high so far is 21600 and some change, thats just with a 20% ID5 aug for focus
EDIT: I should add this focus proc does not stack with the flappy/bard focus, only item.

Maybe it's just me, but I've noticed a very large increase in how often the negative proc occurs, what once was maybe twice every few days is now around twice every couple hours. Call me crazy, but something's different. Still not too often though.

Ok i got this spell last week. YES it is the wizzy 69 dodh spell. It has a recouse that pop about 1 in 4 times. If it goes into bard box its good and will up the amount of damage on your next nuke, if it goes to your buff box its bad and you will hit for less while the dot is up, about 15 seconds. But it doesent pop bad very often.

Yes this is the Wizard 69 DoD spell. You must complete 4 missions in order to recieve this spell. You gather all the missions from Brolli in Coathus. The first instance is off od Stoneroot,where you recieve a +2 mana regen aug or a +20 attack aug depending on your class, The second is off Corathus and all recieve a +4 regen aug. Missions 3 and 4 in also in The Nest but there instances are much more difficult to get to than the first one. YOu must actually go underground and through the tunnels to find the instances. That is all i have for now.

This must be the DoDH 69 spell. You dont get this from Emoush raid.

This is the wizard spell you get after completing the 24 player raid "Calling Emoush" and the tier II progression in DoN.
