wow thats pretty cool, from what i can see every now and then it procs a life shard, which can be used as a HoT potion sort of effect...(just like a certain necro item on a certain mmo containg war and craft) ;D

I didn't see anything about the bind death proc; what is that?

as I see it not only is this a DD it is also an undead snare with some tiny dot factor as well. it is an interesting idea since it will allow clerics to undead kite the way necros kite non-undead; it's like oppisiot day has come to norrath!
