Here's the caveat ... Delivers a message (when trying to mem the new spell) that "your race, class or diety cannot use this item".
So even though you can build the spell, you cannot mem it.
Good thing ---
Place in an empty slot, right click it, go to the AA window and under class you'll see the spell and create a hotkey.
Bad thing --
It has a 1 hour recast timer. (verified)

Where is this sold?
Mass Enchant Dwerium is a crafted spell...still trying to run down if this single version can also be crafted or if it can be purchased.
