What is this spell and what does it do?....and how do you get it?
It's a spell that creates a no-rent ball of mana. No what THAT is for is still a question.
As to getting it, there was a recipe for the Enchant Dwerium spell in the EQ Forums that made, instead, the Intricate Spellcaster's Empowering Essence spell.
...and that would be all I know at this time.
