Tried it out in PoK standing on the grass near the the small bank, ended up where new characters end up when they say 'Ready to leave' to Arias to leave the tutorial and go directly to PoK. Based on this one simple test I am going to conclude that no matter what zone you use it in you end up at that spot in PoK. This was a test for the Ethernere Portal Device.

So is this an unfinished item then....i was looking into the usage of Ancient Sarnak Bones. I guess im going to just store them in a house lol my luck they will end up being worth somthing if i throw them out lol. But as for now this "Mana of the Sarnak" seems to be the only recipe it is used in

Use ability is a special spell effect that does something unique and generally not spell related other than the particle effects ones (fireworks). For example, the Title items grant optional titles to the character. Each does something special like that. See the notes on the individual items and the names of the items to deduce what the speciality is.
