I looked through all of the Beastlord and Shaman spells in Oggok for this spell, but could not find it anywhere. I finally found it in the tutorial, on vendor Celrak
I kinda like the fact that not all the beasty spells are in Pok. Makes it fun to travel around for ur spells instead of using a book, walking ten feet and getting all of them off of one person. I guess u could say im old fashioned

For the Troll Beastlords and Shaman, this spell can be purchased in Neriak Foreign Quarter from Martok. Hope this helps.

Yes it is available for sale in Shar Vahl from Dar Khura Ahmih (2nd floor of Alchemy shop) Building 13 on your eqatlas map. =-)

There is a merchant on the second floor of the Alchemy shop by the bank where you may purchase this spell. Cabalis is NOT the only place.
