Actually one of my go to songs in certain scenarios. It stacks with HP/Manasong and can be further modified by stringed instruments. Playing Nivs + HP/Manasong with a stringed is probably the most health regen you can pump out as a bard for a long time. You lose out on extra hp regen if you use the breath of harmony click [unmodified cast] but it's an easy way to twist 5 songs reliably on Live. I have it bound to cast to my bandolier swaps or anytime I play mez.
Does not stack with Shield of Songs

This melody does not stack and is switched out for Shield of Songs.
It is stackable with Nillibus' March of the Wee.

i never used this song when i got it, as just like all our other shielding songs, they fade when the player takes a single hit. however i have found a great new use: when out kiting and you take a bunch of hits and fall to 25% hp, you swap your lute and twist cantata and this song for a healthy 32+ regen per tic. with a good amount oh hp regen on items i usually make all my hp back in one minute or so.
why bother

Well for people who use the lvl 41 spell Psalm of Mystical Shielding this spell might be quite an improvement. In a group setting it was kinda pointless considering the only useful aspect of the 41 spell for those not taking damage was the regeneration, which was weaker than this spell. And even then the regen was only useful to those who were at least taking a little damage here and there. Was damn useful for melee types or anyone taking a considerable amount of magic damage as it added a wonderful amount of SV-magic (normally over +100 with a string instrument) and a good amount of AC. The problem with that is most bards aren't willing to waste a precious twist slot on a spell that will basically only benefit the MT. Now this new spell is more of a group-friendly version of the 41 spell. For those in the group who aren't taking damage every tick this song is far more useful than the 41 song because it has a better regen effect and it adds str while it lasts. Now the rogues and monks who are only taking occational damage will find the stackable 20 str (with a 2.0 string instrument) and 6-9 hp per tick (12-18 with instrument) very pleasing.
