I complained about this spell to everquestlive forums and I guess a person there who was a developer or something said this spell now has a short cast time for the mobs - I hate this spell though I spent like 15 minutes on an easy mob but it used up all my mana because he cast this spell atleast 8 times below 50% it was so frustrating - hopefully they made it easier
