This spell can also be purchased from the DoN merchant for 120 crystals.
So they added more spells you can get from EPs with DoN and latest patches? It seems you can also get these new spells from mob drops??
And they never gave us any hints on where when the patches came out... they said something about Karsor the Mad and that's about it from what I remember.

Had this spell drop in Sebilis two nights ago. Off of the froggies or juggernauts near Track's lair.
Has anyone found this spell yet? If so, Where is it located?

This is a cleric POP spell that you can receive by turning an ethereal parchment in to Vicar Ceraen in POK.
Ethereal Parchments give level 61 and 62 spells.
Spectral Parchments give level 63 and 64 spells.
Glyphed Rune Words give level 65 spells.
Ethereal Parchments give level 61 and 62 spells.
Spectral Parchments give level 63 and 64 spells.
Glyphed Rune Words give level 65 spells.
Just got it tonight with turn in of etheral parchment got lucky i guess
