Just to dispel some misinformation: Level 45 Cleric spell scroll. Introduced in the July 13, 2016 patch for the Kunark expansion.

I really wish these had a test by it, hunting spells for a baby cleric is hard enough, they are showing up on EQ Players also, so I figured i was just missing a bunch of older spells =(

Agree with you totally. They should flag them so they jump out at ya. I often do the same, think i missed a spell then see it's a test server ghost =)

If i wanted to know what the stats on a spell are i'd look them up. We all know CH best cast for the mana.. tell the chanter with 2k hp to wait 10 seconds for CH as he/she getting wacked...we all come here to find out if the spell is live.. and where it can be gotten. if you'r on a test server stay on your test server and out of posts..
Complete heal does 7500 hp for 400 mana cost.
This does 900 hp for 250 mana cost.
Better than CHEAL? No.
But its less mana to cost, and i dunno, but the agro is prolly less than CHEAL, which is Agro City, USA. And the cast time is one third that of CHEAL's 10 seconds.

Complete heal isn't necessarily aggro city. All that matters is the number of hit points that you heal a PC that an NPC has at least 1 point of hate towards (i.e., agro). For instance, if I CH somebody who's down 20 HPs, I'm not going to get much agro.
Obviously, "patch" heals and CH all have their place. This is a patch heal or a heal that's more mana effective on somebody missing more than 630 HPs (where superior would otherwise be more mana effective), but less than 1440 (where CH is more mana effective). Also remember that it wont heal for 900 as clerics get a 5% bonus to all heals, so it will heal for 945.

Yeah, is this spell better then CH or what? I have no clue on what this does??
