As far as I can determine, based on visits to four merchants, two listed as 10pp+ and two listed as 20pp+, the correct price for this spell is 20.9.9.7... Both Freeport vendors had it listed as this as well as the four Library merchants and the Bazaar merchant...

Just bought this spell in the Bazaar from Halois Gueinds with my gnome enchanter at 119 CHA, for 10p 4g 9s 9c
$20.79 is still wrong wrong wrong. I just bought this for $11.21 from the same guy in the Baz and I only have 88 CHA.
The 20pp price is definatly wrong and needs to be updated with the price Oengus posted.
