... just wish I knew where to get it. Your supposed to cast this to make this blessed water (that is indeed not a drink, but for the making of cultural symbols) out of pods of water (the reagent). If anyone finds out where you can get these spells I am dying to get it and save the plat in my tradeskilling!!

OK... This is an item and not a spell... found Blessed water of Brell Serilis on Tempia Lauley at the Kaladim cleric/paladin area.... cost was 17p 4g 4s 1c for a gnome cleric with a cha of 80... she conned me amiable... THIS IS NOT A DRINK... only used in trade skills

This stuff is available in Kaladim on a clerical merch, cost is a few plat. I imagine all these are available in home towns on a merch. Havent been to Thurg yet to see if it is there yet.
