7 ticks of 25% spell haste. I suppose it's not a bad clicky item. Especially with the focus effect. Does it stack with any focus effect spell hastes and the cleric spell haste? IF so this thing is really a great item!

Click on the Lucy view button, and see that it doesnt stack with any other hastes, not affliction haste, not aneuk or ikaav, none of it. The only bonus I see of it is 2% detrimental over aneuk if you already have that focus.

That is incorrect - the spell haste effect does stack with item spell haste. The only issue with the T1/T2 bp click is that they have ridiculously low use limits, ie. 2 casts for T1 and 4 casts for T2. While I do not believe there should be any use limits on them, if there is going to be, it should be at least double for that each respective BP (4/8).
