The description states "Increase Magic Resist by 11 (L37) to 50 (L31)".
I interpret it as 11 point increase in magic resist at level 37 to 50 point magic resist at level 31, but that just does not make any sense. Can someone explain this to me?

The spell is being parsed incorrectly by our spell parser. This hopefully should be fixed in the future with me working on the spell system.

there are 2 versions of the spell scroll, but they result in the same spell. Enchanters can research a version that only they can scribe, but it can be bought from a regular spell vendor as well.
What's the lowest level someone can be to hold this spell as an effect?
