does this effect exceed the usual rule 1 item,1 spell,1 song?so if it does it increase your overall haste by 10% or just add 10% on top and is it capped also?where do we get the actual info and not some guy sitting for 16 hours parsing and trying to do the math,is their a actual source or does the info need to be leaked by a former employee of sony who has broken his contract.

haste rules are the following:

1) worn & tribute don't stack
2) spell haste is version 2 haste, doesn't stack with other spell haste, aka shaman haste and enchanter haste buffs show up at same time in buff bar but the highest one takes effect
3) overhaste is version 3 haste (same as bard song), doesn't stack with bard song
4) berserker warcry and monk speedfocus/hundredhands effects stack with all of the above but not with each other

I thought *some* bard songs were version 2 and some were version 3?

Yes, for bards they have spell haste, and overhaste, and i believe songs that have both.
