I have both LS II augs on my weapons. When these Proc and I am Full health, I get the message " soandso Staggers" "you feel a bit weaker". What exactly does this mean? I may be mistaken ,but I also notice I start hitting for lower dmg, Maybe the latter is coincidence but I don't think so.. Anyone have same thing happen or Explaination what actually is happening and the effect it has on me?
