What level is the pet? is it worth getting at level 93 or will the dps be negligible?

I met a guy on the Nameless with our uber Necro Epic 2.0 =-) and not only does it have nice stats but the pet it self is uber, it can help us very well with our kiting, the pet is about as strong as our 'wake the dead' pet ( might be stronger ) but he procks a group heal, and he procs it alot, so with this it saves mana on our life taps and Saryn's Kiss.

I hear it's preaty hard to get epic 2.0 and haven't seen anyone have it other than people from raiding guilds. Hope this helps.
