On Phinigel the current max level is 70. This Disc is quite an amazing DPS boost. With max AA's in Kick Mastery, Resonant Kicks, and Technique of Master Wu you can Flying Kick 4-5 times every time it's up. As this is the only Timer ID 5 it does not get in the way of any other Disc's currently. This is a significant DPS increase on burn phases and well worth the stamina cost.

This reduces the kick timer refresh so more jump kicks during the duration.

Basically it makes it so for 30 seconds you can do flying kicks about as fast as you can push the button, it refreshes after about 1 second from pushing it.
