This one would have been better if it were an upgrade to Spirit of Rage.

The proc rate for this Disc is very unconsitant. I varies from 1 or 2 procs per fight to almost up to 10.
It seems as though the base for the proc is way to high. IMO they should have the base proc low so this disc could be SOMEWHAT useful. The amount it runes for is very low.. 400hp against mobs that hit for over 1k isnt going to do any good except make you curse at Sony =P

You're complaining about being able to completely negate 400 damage from a hit?
