What specific "Trash Mobs" does this drop off of? It's not listed for any mob in Draniks Scar that I have seen yet.

its not dropped, it's quested. Just look harder.. there's a link on this very page to the quest. if you had followed the link you would probably have the spells already.
Thank you i got them in the bazaar the crystals were 10 plat a piece and the parchment was 1 plat,I'll bring them to priest of discord in POK as recommened here thanks again

the post above is right you need 3 discordant crystal shards all for sale in the bazaar for about 1k each but the scroll is a "rolled discordant parchment" as low as 5pp in bazaar. i hope this helps if you are looking to buy the pieces.

Where can yo get this spell?

its obtained thru Prist of Discord spell Quest, you get 3 discordant crystal shards and 1 discord parchment all drops in dranik's scar off different mobs, once you turn it in you get 3 spells Bloodfield Gate, Bloodfield Portal, and Translocate Bloodfield.
Somewhere in omens of war zones, and since the expansion will not be released until next week, you cannot get this spell yet.
