When I read the name I thought it sounded like an Epic 1.0 pet but it's a combine heal and buff spell that sounds like it combines a heal with burnout and iceflame. I guess nobody cared enough during Beta to complain about the misleading name. Composite Companion Care would work better if it's easier to make a spell name longer than to change it.
