Ancient Veil of Pyrilonus

Does this spell exist or not? I can't find out where to get it.

This is a 500 DS, and when u cast it, you can cast the other 420 DS (pyrilen skin)as soon as this one wears off, there's not a long waiting period like when u click the 2 DoN clicky orbs. So I was clicking pyrilen skin, and then Ancient Veil of Pyrilonus over and over again on my pet as he was tanking multiple mobs. The mobs died quickly.
Unfortunately they changed it in 2008. Pyrilen Skin and Ancient Veil of Pyrilonus are now both on Timer 9, so you can't use this strategy anymore.
why? just recast this one it lasts 4 tick which is 24 seconds... the recast is only 13 seconds...

it only lasts 24 secs if ur pet isn't quaded first hit, it lasts 24 secs OR 4 hits, whichever comes first
This needs to be updated to reflect the change in the spell... see the link to lucy spell view
I am guessing this is the upgrade to Elemental Siphon. I think it hits pet for DD and gives you a temporary +6 mana regen buff. I don't have Siphon or this though so not certain.

also idk if they changed it, but it used to be able to cast on ne level.
