Scroll: Restless Ice Cascade is listed here as a 111 spell but when I bought it and tried to scribe, I found out it is a 114 level spell.

This particular spell is actually a proc off the spell Wildscorch Strike.

The level 114 spell Restless Ice Cascade is its own standalone spell.
