Thanks. Added all the correct persistent effects for this line of spells. I'll take a look at other TBL spells and make sure their persistent effects are set correctly as well. I'll have to run the spell parser again to correct all these after I'm done.

The spell data indicates this is focusable, however my Overking's Wrath raid focus has no effect on the damage the skull puts out. It's 123174 on the rank two spell with or without my focus item equipped.

I don't believe auras can be focused.

Looking at the raw data from Lucy shows the effect as a level 255 spell which is likely why it doesn't get focused. You're effectively casting a spell which continually triggers another spell.
Auras all tend to work that way. I think they still associate correctly to the player, therefore could be focused, but since they all get flagged as level 255 your focus won't work, unless the devs make a special focus specifically for that effect.
