Mark of Death

this is a death touch casted by arch magus vangl and overlord in anguish, you got about 30 seconds to cure it before it hits you for 100k damage.
After two back-to-back OMM raids (both wipes) I spent a while looking through the logged parse information and found some interesting things about this spell:
- OMM casts this on exactly 10 people at the exact same time
- <Mark of Death> fires off a <Cazic Touch> after exactly 15 seconds.
- <Mark of Death> seems to be targeted on characters at the top of the agro list *
* 90% of those hit by <Mark of Death> were clerics and tanks, and both times the MT and his main healer were selected.
- OMM casts this on exactly 10 people at the exact same time
- <Mark of Death> fires off a <Cazic Touch> after exactly 15 seconds.
- <Mark of Death> seems to be targeted on characters at the top of the agro list *
* 90% of those hit by <Mark of Death> were clerics and tanks, and both times the MT and his main healer were selected.
Mark of Death is 14 disease counters, so cure with any of these:
Group:
Blood of Nadox (52 shaman)
Word of Replenishment (64 cleric) or Word of Vivification (69 cleric)
Desperate Renewal (70 cleric, 30 sec recast delay)
Radiant Cure 3 or higher (cleric/druid/shaman AA, 2-3 min recast delay)
Single Target:
Pure Blood (52 druid, 51 cleric)
Abolish Disease (63 beastlord, 48 shaman) or Disinfecting Aura (52 shaman)
Crusader's Touch (62 paladin) or Crusader's Purity (67 paladin)
Potameid Salve (73 ranger)
Aria of Asceticism (45 bard +wind)
Counteract Disease - 2 casts (36 necro, etc)
Self-only:
Distillate of Immunization III or higher (potion)
Group:
Blood of Nadox (52 shaman)
Word of Replenishment (64 cleric) or Word of Vivification (69 cleric)
Desperate Renewal (70 cleric, 30 sec recast delay)
Radiant Cure 3 or higher (cleric/druid/shaman AA, 2-3 min recast delay)

Based on the Other cast, I think it'd be funny if after doing this event so many times, you get a skill up in the 'foreign dialect'.
So cure diseease gets rid of it like that? Only counter of 14?

It says 1 minute duration on the spell. THat is true, but in the past it has always DTed me when it hits 30seconds, never runs the full duration of the spell, always after 30 seconds. my friends say the same thing. so be warned.
