Its funny that SOE makes clicky effects at a higher lvl then the actuall spell lvl...even though i think that is stupid. Depending on the effect it does make more sense....but everfount dont see why they couldnt make it any lvl.

Is anybody else having trouble with this? I put all the components into the Elemental Grimore and hit the combine button, and nothing happened. AT ALL.
I send a bug report, but I was wondering if this happened to anybody else.

The spell Everfount is still research only, but is a fairly simple combine.
The Words of Trancendence drop in Highkeep (check merchants in Highkeep and Plane of Knowledge), while the waterflask and spell Summon Drink are purchased.
This total combine should cost less than 3pp per attempt generally speaking.

I have a everfount earing and when i try to use cast it says im not suffent lvl and im a 27mag. do you have to have the spell to use this item.

After some work I have found that it is trivial at less then 62.
The Katta rumor is just that. The main spells to get in Katta are the 44 pets.
Everfount is still research only, but it is cheap to research once you find the words.

Any truth to the rumor that research isn't needed anymore? I heard that you can buy all research spells in Katta now (haven't taken my Mage that high to worry about it yet).
The "rumor" was true, but only for a time. Many spells that were formerly research only, could be bought in Katta, in the tower with the "secret" door, but they were subsequently removed.
does anyone know where to get this spell? thanks!
This is a reasearch spell. You need Words of Transcendence and a water flask and then the scroll for the level one spell Summon Drink.
