I agree the mana cost to exta hp of healing, for a non-main healer is rather pointless, and bst usually solo without a C, and just use kitty crack, so extra mana is a premium. But that said, remember not all spells are what you cast is what you get. So folks have AA for using less mana per spells, others have gear and AA's that will increase the % of the heal spell. So the extra mana may be worth it if you are getting 30% more healing due to gear and AA, or reducing you mana exspence. So this could be great for some and suck for others.
Just one question. What is the point of this spell if BSTs can already heal for over 1 K at lvl 62 with Chloro?

This is a slightly faster cast (3.0 vs 3.75) but not sure if that offsets the higher mana-cost of this spell. It heals about 120 more then Chloro but also is 125 more mana, which makes it very in-efficient compared to Chloro.
For that kind of mana I would expect a heal closer to 1300hp. Or considerably faster. Or maybe Chloro is just too overpowered. :)

Maybe this is kind of like the cleric line where they have a long distance heal. Maybe this one can heal further away than the other one. I'll have to check it out when i get a hold of this spell.
Being upgraded to heal for over 1k! Same as rangers. This is going to kick major ***. Incoming 3k crit heal omg roxor.

Do I just need the Rune to get the spell or do I need both the Rune and the Scroll?

Hey, on a side note... what did that rune drop off of?
Got this spell last night from turning in a lesser mur. rune BST 67 I was 66 when I turned in the rune... The rune was dropable the Spell scroll is not...
