You get this spell with your second Glowing Muramite Rune turn in. A group version of Salik's. I'm so happy about that. No more having to single cast each person.
I think some people didn't realize that some of these posts were made before Allas web master(s) updated the data. At one point the spell data info was incorrect and has since been fixed.

That would be very nice if we read the Description carefully. It is NOT a downgrade!!! It's way better than VQ and Speed of Salik.
Speed of Salik:
Description:
3: Chance to Critical Hit(0)
4: Increase ATK by 53
5: Increase Attack Speed by 68%
6: Chance to Critical Hit(10)
Hastening of Salik:
Description:
3: Chance to Critical Hit(10)
4: Increase ATK by 41
5: Increase Attack Speed by 68%
This spell got two times higher chance to critical hit compare to SoS and we even have it on VQ.
By the way this is the only haste that you can MGB in your raid beside VQ (if you don't get tell hell inorder to get SoS buff)
Lets hope someday we can have it in our spell book!

Actually, this is the 3rd Haste spell that can be MBG'ed by a chanter.
Level 60 Speed of the Brood

Acctualy the first new chanter haste is better because it gives 51 ATK this one gives 41 so its a downgrade. lets hope it gets upgraded like the other spells for other classes that need them and they do.
This is looking like a decent spell. Same haste % but they took out the other stats (most high lvl characters who want this have dex and stuff maxxed anyways) but have added an increased chance to crit. I'll get this one.
