Synapsis Spasm

I'm a power-leveler to the end. Normally, my Druid is my main, but I have a strong Chanter coming up now. Just thinking, considering weaker creatures tend to have 100-ish stats, wouldn't this make them almost unable to fight? I'd love to use this debuff on a MOB before my noob attacks it!

Well in real EQ not that silly PvP stuff this spell will actually let a wizzy pet hit things. If he can hit things then maybe you can too.

Best bet in PvP, mez and gate.Its the only thing SOE has left for us to save ourselves from pkers. Come to TZ server and see if you get anything to stick except Tash. I bet you go OOM trying. Don't even get me started on the root line of spells. "We increased the chance of spells landing from 2% to 5%". Lol, more like neg. 100 chance.

You have to look at the PvP resists, not the regular ones, this is -47 base and -70 cap, thats got a pretty decent chance of landing.
This poster is correct. I don't particularly enjoy PvP (no reason an Enchanter should), but use Rapture, Tash, then Synaptic Spasm. Trust me. It's got a fairly decent chance of landing. If I could land a cripple spell twice on a 70th level Beastlord with OoW gear at level 64, surely this spell can land, too.
Chanters only get a fancy cripple spell /petition for the rip - off on the slow spell. You chanters got ripped
The slow spell did show up, finally. It's done with a Rune turn in, same as most other spells from 66-70.

well on sullon not everyone has time+ gear, only a few people can call themselves anywhere near well geared or immune to magic.
I can't say if they stick on pvp servers because I'm not on one, but I CAN say they DO stick when dueling on a non-pvp server.

Anybody know how this does against BoT mobs and such? Cripple is heavily resisted. also if someone can provide info on where/how to get this? I imagine its a quest

I have news for you. Cast any disempower spell in PvP and you deserve to get the beat down you will get from wasting time in combat. Disempowers never stick pvp.

Curiously, I got my "Cripple" to stick in PvP twice against a 70th level Beastlord. I don't know why. I couldn't land a slow on him to save my life.
