guess this isnt needed anymore, since they removed the regents from our pets, yay for useless spells, lol

Cast it today after seeing what happened to the 66 bauble (see my post there if you want), this necklace now only works up to level 65... which is the same level as the 61 necklace!

I cast this spell for the first time today on 10/27/04 and cast child of wind and it flickered on the first try.
HOWEVER, since focus items now partially work 5 levels above their normal cut off level I cannot confirm that it has been fixed.
The in game description simply says "Spell effect: ERROR: String not found. (49491)" so....I dunno.

I cast it....... and give it to my pet for the extra hp and mana.

Got ALL focus items from 1 rune turn in. This does not appear to be a bug, but rather since we have so many more spells than otehr classes these were all combined into 1 turn in.
