This spell is extremely useful in the Trial of Hate in MPG.
How much hate does this give? Is it same as terror of discord only ae?

PBAE? That doesn't sound right....
As it appears, it IS right. This has an odd spell gem, so you should note it is NOT another aggro modifier. This is basically a PBAE Terror of Discord. Think AE taunt on steroids.

this one should be around the 15% mark.. not 800

this is the sk version of AE taunt, it doesn't work EVERY time, but it will work 99% of it.
