Yea, I have tested this and tested this. Heck lvl 67 and I still ue this cap above any other. Would be nice if it stacked but honestly, we would be even more unstoppable !!!

As long as it took me to get the skull cap I would do it all again even sooner if I could. I jusgt wish every class got an item as sweet at this, stats suk but the drain dot and recast timer well more than make up for the stats...thoughts?
