This effect is to use before getting into an indoor zone(dah). You trigged the boost before zoning so your good to run faster inside. Get it Bobby ...

#REDACTED, Posted: Apr 12 2004 at 8:23 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Is it just me or did they further the nerf on this spell for jboots. frost giants were able to catch up to me. I am not happy. This item is almost damn near useless now. Better off blowing 100k on a horse.
