Evoker's Synergy I  

Levels 1-10 cost 100 aa's each, and proc Evoker's Synergy I when the wizard casts a Vortex spell. The proc adds 25,000 HPs to one non-fire spell (DD or DoT) cast by each group for 12 seconds. The chance of the proc starts at 10% and increases 10% per level until it's 100% certain to proc at level 10. The wizard spell which must be cast are Hoarfrost or Shocking Vortex.

Level 11 and 12 cost 200 AA's each.

Level 11 is 100% guaranteed to proc Evoker's Synergy II which adds 30,000 HPs to one non-fire spell cast by each group members for 12 seconds. The wizard spells which must be cast are Shocking or Stormjolt Vortex.

Level 12 is 100% guaranteed to proc Evoker's Synergy III which adds 60,000 HPs to one non-fire spell cast by each group members for 12 seconds. The wizard spell which must be cast is just Stormjolt Vortex. This is the level 108 Vortex. Interestingly, wizards did not get an upgrade to this spell post-level-110.
