The loc of the spell vedndor Elesseryl Terussar, in the NEW Revamped Ocean of Tears is 2090.20 , -5793.26, -195.33. She is at the top of a tower on a island infested with goblins ... most con yellow to a level 19. make sure to use invisibility. Next to the vendor standing on the tower is a safe spot. Also, for you evil races, i am 19 mag darkelf and she doesn't sell to me. i'm currently trying to us hide behind her to buy ... no luck so far ...

This spell MAY have been a standard stock item of a PoK Magician Spell merchant in the past. But I was unable to find it on ANY of them tonight.
