These spells are found at Ec tunnel and can buy from Magus Zeir they look like runes when buying and cost quite a bit of plat i think the trans spell alone costs 160.The portal costs i think 90-100 and the gate costs 60-70 i believe:)

bring plat tho.. they aint cheap.. and the gate version also eats a portal fragment with each use
This one, the xloc and port are all sold by the Magus in Nedaria's Landing...
This spell is probably for Gates of Discord, and not in the game yet.
