This spell MAY have been a standard stock item of a PoK Magician Spell merchant in the past. But I was unable to find it on ANY of them tonight.

I found all level 20 pet spells at Elementalist Siewth in POK
Odd, I was just at Siewth a few minutes ago stocking up on Level 20 spells for my alt and the *only* pet spell I found on her was Lesser Air.
BTW if you are going to go to the lady in OOT to get spells you will have to be of the good race to get it. Went there with Dark elf mag and would not sell to me. Just and FYI
The easiest way I've found to get the spell is to use the Translocator (gnome mage) in Freeport to zap you over to Ocean of Tears. About 20 feet from where you're standing is a canoe. You need to click the canoe (you may need to fidget around with this) until it says "You Have the Helm Captain" and you can use the arrow keys to steer the canoe over to the next island. Once you have your spells simply Gate back home. I got all 4 elemental spells in under 5 minutes this way.

Correction. Castersrealm stats this item can be found at most of the casters guilds throughtout Norrath. But for the Merchant in OOT the name is Elesseryl Terusser (Located once again in the tower where the Ancient Cyclop spawns).

This item is found in OOT by the npc in the tower of AC island along with the other lvl 20 pet spells.
