The correct details on the effect are:
The presence of your mount increases your mana regeneration by 38, total mana by 4200, total endurance by 4200, maximum health by 4000, all saves except corruption by 50, and armor class by 70. This ability is disabled until Terror of Luclin.

Got mine from Sonic Wolf Saddle
But for me, buff Meda gives 92 AC, not 70. Not sure if it scales based on level or what, but my warrior is level 118. Only other difference is mine gives 4250 endurance instead of 4200.
