Both are level 65 group healing spells.
Yes you can chain cast them, once.
Cast one of them, and then cast the second before the first one refreshes. But you then have to wait for the first one to refresh.
It takes 3 seconds to cast and about a 1 second wait to cast other spells.
But they have 30 second recast timers.
If you're group healing, best to have both by far.

These GoD spells are now researchable by intell classes and you can find them in the bazaar. They are not cheap though because they are trivial at 351 and research is not a cheap trade to learn.
I think it is a GoD spell off a GoD mob.

Why does SoE think we need another group heal? This is a nearly exact copy of Wave of Marr: 90 more HP (OMG!), same mana, same cast time, same refresh. If we're doing a lot of group healing, we have Wave of Prexus to fill in the gap between casts, but if you really need to have all 3 up, I would pretty much bet you're in a fight that lasts less than 30 seconds or you'll be OOM for the rest of the fight. Any event where a pally is relied on to heal more than 2500 hp in 30 seconds is one where you should probably find more clerics (group CH/HoT).
EDIT: Not to mention we have Hand of Piety for at least another 750 hp for the entire group.

Because with more then 1 spell like Wave of Marr you can chain cast group heals to make a huge difference in your group during a big raid.
What are you guys looking at? This is a healing spell, hence the statement, "1: Increase Hitpoints by 990" and to top it off, its a group heal. As a pally who often is a secondary assist, its nice to be able to toss an almost 1000 point heal to my entire group. It sure helps with downtime...
Allakhazam changed the spell, but the posts are still here. It was originaly listed as a stun spell with a nice DD.

Looks like they finally gave us a nice spell. Stuns up to 60th level, AND it has a negative resist from magic. Will be very helpful in dealing with healers in LDoN. If this is GoD, man I can't wait.
