this spell aint free to cast like it says. it cost 1 mana..... what a rip off! P muhahaha
I team with necros quite often and I can't see why their Mind Wrack overwrites this spell, sure 75 mana per tick is nice, but since I am damaging my pet for 1200 I really want my full 6 minutes not a mere 7 seconds... Wouldn't it be nice of SOE if they let them stack? Since necros with mages make an awesum combo group....
Provided you have the PoR expansion, add the necros spell to your blocked buff list. It will no longer affect you & cause this to drop.

I just found this in the baz for 45k on MS. It hurt the pocket book BUT im a solo mage so who cares you know? Anyway, you'll buy it, it looks like a rune, just scribe it. No fuss no muss.

Okay, Kiddies. Listen to Uncle Agachak. The spell does exist. The Rune is No Drop, however the spell is not. Saw it in bazaar on Luclin selling for 55K.

newbies say the damndest things...
spell only obtainable from a turn in of a NO DROP rune ... nice upgrade from lower version, but if you close to 70 and can get glowing runes easily enough dont bother unless you like a complete spellbook, the 70 OoW version is a further upgrade

Well BDCT, that would work if you are on a server where nothing is no-drop. This spell and the rune you had to turn in to get this spell are both no-drop. Since they are no-drop, your method will not work on vast majority of servers. Spell still exists, you just need to kill mobs to get it instead of bazaar shopping.

This offers 5 ft per tic it is like the ED spell and does not stack on a necro group mana spell. If you are 65 and don't have your pet boon from Nro then i suggest you go there or Quit your class lol. You will never be able to keep pet on ramp from this spell if you have that aug. Your pets will have over 300 regan a tic, adds 2k hp and most other stats raised. Plus adds one lvl to your pet. If you ever get Ms4 the GoD spell your pet will cast a self Rune and the 1200 dd goes off without even hitting pet

I haven't tried this yet, but during a battle with a decent main tank, and a non-AOE casting mob, you SHOULD be able to use this spell to enrage your pet by keeping its hitpoints low?
So, not only does this spell allow you to cause more damage via faster mana regen, but, your pet will be doing more damage also.
Anyone tried this?

Elemental Draw is the sold version of this spell. You can buy it in Eas Commons off of Rushkin for 153pp. Ele Draw gives +3 regen per tick, as opposed to the 5 for this one.

Ok I just got this spell tonight. As said it sucks 1200 hp's from pet and gives you an effect of 5 mana regen per tick which lasts for approximately 6 minutes. Got spell from a rune in kod'taz which I turned into spell guy on boat in abysmal sea for the spell.

If you haven't purchased your LDoN focus item in the North Ro camp, I suggest you return to it and do so. The HP Regen will return your pet to full health within a matter of seconds.
So this spell, Actually is excellent IF you've Quested LdoN to the fullest, and have Worked your PoP/GoD AA's.

13 mana/tick. One less than KEI. Add in Air ele form, 17 mana/tick... one less than VoQ. For 375 mana, we get 17 mana/tick (yes, I know about the drawbacks of going air ele) vs 1200 for VoQ on a chanter.
So for 825 mana less, we get nearly the same mana regen... I'd say we got it good. Or, rather, I'd be in there as well if I hadn't stopped playing my mage...
Also, I don't have GoD yet, and I haven't played my mag in a while... Any mag only AA's that increase mana regen?
Edit: PoP pets DPoC focused regen this amount in 24-30 seconds, depending on where in the tick period you cast this.

Mages get mental clerity AA's just like everyone else with a mana bar so you can add 3 more mana per tick to that... plus the phantasmal line, 5hp/mana for the first one and 8hp/mana for the upgrade at 62 so add another 8... and most importantly... ALL of this STACKS wtih kei and voq... We may not get lich but we also don't have to lose HP or pet HP unless we want to, and we have regens to gain both back prety fast. If you're concerned about the dmg to your pet, just heal it. The mana regen lasts long enough you still gain a pretty sizable chunk by the time it's done.
p.s. don't forget to fire off those mod rods as fast as you can, there's a reason there's HP regen on the phantasmal line in addition to mana.

I was saying unique mana regen w/o any form of enchanter buffs (because people constantly feel the need to complain about pet sac'ing being taken away).
Also, sorry, I guess it is water ele form.

Unless the description above is incorrect, it's 5 mana/tick, not 13.
That's this + XPG, not just this. Also, mod rods give 5 mana/tick (including the cost of summoning them), so that's 22 mana/tick with water ele, XPG, this, and mod rods. If you don't go water ele (because you like medding on a horse or drog), then it's 18 mana/tick, exactly equal to VoQ, in addition to VoQ.

As an alternative to cannibalizing like a shaman, or harvesting like a wizard, this spell combines the two and canni's your pet for mana. When you're grouping, pets rarely take damage and it would be nice to get some extra mana from having him around. I can also see this being used with the level 4 pets on raid situations (where pets are not allowed): Summon a super-cheap lvl 4 pet and canni it for 5 mana/tick for 5 minutes. Doing the math gives about 200 mana after considering the cost to summon the pet. It's not the same as the old pet canni'ing, but it's something.
Gonna have to say this is still on Test as of now, probably going to be released with Gates of Dischord. And so far there are NO 65 spells that are sold anywhere off of a vendor so I doubt that this one will be sold either.
