This tome is not available during PoP. It is mislabeled as a Planes discipline and is in fact a Gates of Discord discipline. Please correct this information so people will stop looking for it when PoP launches.

The 30 minute or so reuse timer on this discipline does suck, but I still use it when fighting any named. I first pop this disc up, pull with incite, taunt and hope my weaps proc for the first couple swings in the fight. This disc doesnt last long either so that sucks about it too. If you pull the mob to you using incite and then use this disc after you only get 400 hate, but if you first pop this disc and then incite it should theoretically give you 600(50% modifier). One more thing about this is that by using these tactics on named mobs I have not lost aggro on the mob through any fight.
